Bill has been practicing psychology in West Virginia for over thirty years and has a broad range of experience in clinical diagnosis, therapy, forensic evaluation, and behavioral programming for all age groups. He received his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Marshall University and his Bachelor’s Degree from Waynesburg University.
In addition to his clinical experience and education Bill received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from West Virginia University, and is a certified healthcare administrator. He has more than twenty years of experience as a behavioral health administrator and consultant on behavioral health policy and practice.
Bill joined Saar Psychological Group, PLLC in 2013 in Charleston, West Virginia and provides forensic evaluation, expert forensic testimony, and licensing supervision for psychologists. He is a founding member of the West Virginia Association of Professional Psychologists (WVAPP) and past Treasurer of the WVAPP.
Bill is a long time resident of West Virginia and resides with his family in Lahmansville, West Virginia. In his spare time he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with friends and family.
