Timothy S. Saar, Ph. D.

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Saar has been practicing psychology in West Virginia for over twenty years and has a broad range of experience in clinical diagnosis and therapy, forensic evaluations and geriatric practice. He received his Ph. D. from Cambridge Graduate College in Los Angeles, CA.; his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA; and his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Saar is married and has four children and enjoys science fiction films and activities with his children in his spare time.

Dr. Saar has been qualified as an expert in Clinical Psychology in both Circuit and Federal courts.

  • EMPLOYMENT
    Saar has been a full-time psychologist in the state of West Virginia for nearly two decades.  He is currently Director of Saar Psychological Group, PLLC (SPG).  Dr. Saar has been an adjunct professor at Marshall University Graduate College since 1998 and is on the faculty of West Virginia State University.
