Sandra Walls, M. A.
Ms. Walls is a long time resident of West Virginia. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2006 from Marshall University. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Marshall University in 2009. Ms. Walls completed her internship at Psycon, PLLC in 2009 and then worked for two years at a community mental health center as a supervised psychologist in an intensive outpatient program. She provided individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents and also conducted clinical evaluations for children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse issues.
In 2011 Ms. Walls joined Saar Psychological Group. Ms. Walls’s primary focus includes parental fitness evaluations and child abuse/neglect evaluations. She has received training from the American Academy of Forensic Psychology and has been declared an expert witness in both Circuit and Family Court. Ms. Walls also provides individual therapy to children and adults.
Ms. Walls is a member of the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children and the West Virginia Association of Professional Psychologists. Ms. Walls currently sits on the WVAPP Executive Committee and the WVAPP/WVPA Joint Committee on Child Abuse and Neglect.
